|  | When performance car owners decide to uprate their brake systems with individual parts the focus usually centres on two elements - pads and discs.
Sometimes what's forgotten is the only reason you're able to stop in the first place - the actual
calipers. Surely these will need uprating too then?
Well, that's why HiSpec think you should take a look at their excellent radial mount Billet 4 calipers.
A major selling point for this specific model is that they're consistently suited to the weight and power of your car. This is because each caliper is designed to be rigid, made from heavy-duty (but lightweight) aluminium, feature four pistons and are fully dust sealed. Radial mount calipers cost £183.30, come with 34.6 mm, 38.6mm or 41.2mm pistons to fit between 10mm and 30mm discs and are available in a wide selection of colours.
If you're strapped for cash and not fussed about the colours HiSpec's economy calipers are slightly cheaper at £143.35. However, they are not available with 41.2mm pistons.
